Reservation and Deposits
All prices are in Australian dollars or in Euros depending on the location of the Retreat and are quoted on a per person basis.
Please complete the payment form accompanied by the 30% non-refundable deposit as specified in these Terms and Conditions.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Terms for deposit and flexible payment:
Deposit: 30%, required at time of booking.
Final payment: balance if full fee has not been paid as deposit
Final payment due: 30 days before retreat commencement date
Privacy Clause
At times, we will take photographs on the property as well as throughout the program – including meal times, sessions, and workshops. In booking with us, you provide us with your permission to be photographed, and for these photos to be used in our marketing materials. If you do not wish this to happen, please indicate your preference in writing.
Limitation and Liability
As with any physical activity, it is important that before beginning any retreat, you consult with your health care professional to ensure that you are mindful of your current health and any restrictions that are appropriate for you. Emmanuelle Barone accepts no liability for any injury, loss of property, or death resulting from attending our retreat. We do not accept responsibility for any personal items which are left, lost, damaged or used without permission whilst on retreat.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your retreat reservation on which a payment you have made is non-refundable, Emmanuelle Barone is not obliged to refund that payment and is entitled to such payment as a cancellation fee. This applies where you withdraw from the retreat before it commences, where you fail to join the retreat or you withdraw from the retreat after joining it. It also applies where you withdraw because you are not permitted to travel or it is undesirable for you to join the retreat, for example, if you are ill.
It is recommended that you obtain travel insurance and insure yourself against non-refundable or cancellation costs, including for existing medical conditions.
If you are unable to attend the retreat due to ill health or unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer your place to someone else, i.e. family member or friend. However, if they are unable to attend in your place, no refund will be given (as stated above).
Emmanuelle Barone is entitled to cancel a retreat at any time where the number of participants which have fully paid for their reservation is less than the minimum required. A refund on deposit or full payment will be made where Emmanuelle Barone cancels a retreat and this is not the result of your acts or omissions (for example, if your withdrawal has affected the minimum required for the retreat, Emmanuelle Barone has a right to decline your request for a refund).
Emmanuelle Barone also reserves the right to cancel, postpone or amend a retreat due to circumstances outside its reasonable control such as war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural or human caused disasters, adverse weather conditions and epidemics or pandemics. Emmanuelle Barone is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.
By booking and paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.
