Everyone is welcome.
There is no requirement to have a trauma history to join our retreats.
This is an invitation for all women who feel called to reconnect with a deeper sense of self and care.
We all carry tenderness. We all hold tears.
And within each of us lives a quiet joy that may have been forgotten for a while.
This work is about gently reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we once set aside in order to feel safe.
For many, early life experiences continue to echo into the present moment.
Our retreats are therefore grounded in a trauma-informed approach—honouring your pace, your boundaries, and your unique journey.
To ensure a deeply supportive and safe environment, all facilitators are trauma-trained professionals or experienced in working with individuals with lived experiences of trauma.

FAQs
-
Do I need to be experienced in meditation or breathwork to attend?
Not at all. This retreat is open to everyone, whether you're completely new or familiar with these practices. You will be guided through everything with care and support.
-
What is the accommodation like?
Accommodation is comfortable or luxurious depending on the location of the retreat, with shared and individual rooms. If you’re attending with a friend and want to be together, let us know. If you’re coming by yourself and book a shared room, we will thoughtfully match you with a like-minded guest.
-
What if I’m uncomfortable about sharing a room?
That’s completely understandable. While rooms are primarily for sleeping and resting, we spend most of our time in beautiful shared spaces. Many guests find this a lovely way to meet new people and feel supported. If no single room is available and you want to be by yourself, contact us and we will do our best to arrange something for you.
-
What kind of food is served?
All meals, drinks, and snacks are included. You will enjoy fresh, local produces from the region of the retreat when possible, organic when possible, cooked from scratch as much as possible. We also use catering businesses carefully chosen for the quality and freshness of their products.
-
Can dietary needs be accommodated?
Yes, absolutely. We can organise catering to most dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan. Upon registration through the deposit, you will be given a questionnaire to let us know about your dietary needs and preferences.
-
Do I need to bring anything specific?
We’ll send you a packing list closer to each retreat, usually including comfortable clothing, walking shoes, and anything that helps you feel grounded. We will let you know if yoga mats and props are provided. However, it is always nice to have your own anyway.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions!
